This is something I’m going to be offering throughout the summer with shorter 4-week phases so you can jump in when it works for you.
For this one, you get to choose your focus:

• Start a build (yes, we can start the process even in 4 weeks)
You’ll be done just in time for Canada Day and right into peak summer, which is perfect timing.

I am so happy that I did Lisa’s 8 week’s Bombshell Butt and Abs Challenge. It WAS a challenge, but worth it! I learned how to loose weight in a healthy way and the workouts were terrific. Lisa was very supportive and helpful. I am more lean and muscular than I was 8 weeks ago and I’m continuing with her Transition plan.
