I decided to do @leesa_pole_aerial_fitness ‘s 8 week fitness challenge at the start of November. I wasn’t really looking to “lean down” or “get toned” from this, but I knew my diet was hot garbage and wanted to see how changing what I eat would do for my body and energy levels.

After 2 months I have lost 16lb and shredded many inches all over my body feel great I made the life style change that will be with me for a long time. If you are struggling I highly recommend any of the Lisa programs you will see the results if you put in the work. Thank you so much LISA!!!!
