Do you have big goals but need help with the specifics? I can create custom Macro plans as well as workout plans for you to follow to help you achieve your specific goals.
We would start out by having a complimentary phone or virtual consultation where we would discuss your specific goals, time frame, limitations and more. This will help me provide you with a proper breakdown of how long I think you will need to get there and then we can get started.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
You will be added to my custom app where you will upload your pictures weekly, record you food and activity, find your custom workouts and meal plans as well as have access to me for questions and concerns.
We will do a weekly check in (30 min talk or virtual) and go over how things went for the prior week. I will make adjustments to your plan according to this.
What will this cost?
Plans with custom workout and meal plans (macro based) – $100 per week – $400 per month
Plans without custom workout but with meal plans (macro – based) – $75 per week – $300 per month*** this is payable monthly
If you prefer to do paid in full for 3 months at a time see the following:

Plans without custom workout but with meal plans (macro – based) – $70 per week – $280 per month – $840/ 3 mos
