Join this 4 hour intensive spin pole training course that will cover everything from how to teach and break down spin pole fundamentals up to more intermediate inverted moves and combinations.

This workshop will help instructors feel confident in their ability to teach spin pole effectively and assist their students in learning this beautiful art.

  • participants should be able to hold a pole up for 10 seconds or more, be comfortable with spins and climbs on static pole as well as basic inversions (inside and outside leg hangs, butterfly, and hip holds)

This class is a signature Live Once Inc. Class specifically designed to get your students in great shape using the pole as a tool for fitness without any dance component. Great for those with no pole dance experience, but wanting to teach a unique, challenging and highly effective fitness class. It’s a great bonus for studios offering pole dance as it will help your pole dance students increase their strength and endurance for advanced moves while allowing those only interested in fitness to participate and receive the same fitness benefits.

Beginner Lap Dance for Instructors Workshop   $300 plus HST

Are you a studio owner or instructor who would like to incorporate lap or chair dance lessons for your students but do not know how to do so?  This course will teach you exactly how to not only do a chair or lap dance, but how to teach a successful, informative and fun workshop to others.

In this 3 hour course we will cover the following:
warm up
body isolation’s
How to do basic floor work: walks, crawls, wall slides, figure eights, basic rolls, peels, getting up and down, body slides and more
We would also cover things like attitude, how to dress, shoes, eye contact, body language, music selection, clothing removal and more
Use of different pieces of furniture – chairs, floor, walls, sofa, bed, tables etc and how to incorporate these into your dance
Discuss dos and do nots,  how to get over nerves and feel confident
Learn different routines and have participants create their own to develop individual style and creativity.
